January 2006 – The Fancy Food Show - San Francisco, CA : Chef Mark Dommen of One Market Street prepares to blend some Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil for his salad dressing which was served over baby beets and fresh greens which accompanied poached halibet, which was poached in grapeseed oil.
