Apricots are in season!

I love this time of year - all the summer fruit is beginning to appear at the Napa Framers Market. On of my favorite simple recipes is for an Austrian cake made with any stone fruit. I made it with Apricots and did a traditional version made with regular flour, and then a gluten free version, made with our Chardonnay grapeseed flour. Let me say even the Austrians in the room liked the GF version better!!! Try one yourself, then make sure to bake it again when plums are in season!
