Heart Healthy Recipes using Grapeseed Oil

Chili Grapeseed Oil

2 medium avocados

1.5tbs cilantro

1-2tsp chopped red onion (to taste)

Juice of a whole lime

Salt and pepper to taste

1tsp Salute Santé! chili grapeseedoil

 

Chop cilantro and onions. Juice lime. Peel avocados and mash in a morter and pestle.  Add lime juice and grapeseed oil. Mix in cilantro and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips, sliced jicama as an appetizer, or on top of grilled chicken or steak.
