Make sure to attend if possible!In partnership with the American Truffle Company, "Feast it Forward" and Sunset Magazine will present a curated affair, the first Napa Truffle Festival Marketplace VIP Experience. A Truffleluxe event, be the first to FEAST on Monday January 18, 2016 from 11am-2pm. This one of a kind event will be held at a private location in downtown Napa, featuring premier wines served with Stolzle-USA Glassware from Bos Wine, Jamieson Ranch Vineyards, Reid Family Vineyards and Webster Cellars.

Feast it Forward's luxury Ultimate Airstream Adventures Northwest mobile filming and hospitality lounge, “Sophia”, will welcome festival goers while serving truffle infused cocktails with Libations Unlimited. More FEASTing will follow as entertainer Katie Hamilton Shaffer will host a butchering demo with Tahoe Kitchen Company by Five Dot Ranch, where guests will enjoy mini truffle beef wellingtons. A baking demo with a touch of Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil from Cate & Co. will lead into a discussion with Sunset Magazine Food Editor, Margo True, as she moderates truffle education with cultivation expert Robert Chang and mycorrhizal scientist Dr. Paul Thomas. Saving the best for last, our four legged furry friends, Lolo and Rico will be joined by the Truffle Dog Company for an exclusive hunting demo.
