HOW DOES THE PLAIN GRAPESEED OIL TASTE?

Grapeseed Oil has a light and neutral taste. It doesn’t overpower the flavors of your ingredients, allowing the flavors of the food to dominate, not the taste of the oil.

WHAT IS GRAPESEED OIL'S SMOKE POINT?

Grapeseed oil has the highest smoke point (485 degrees) that makes it ideal for frying, searing, sautéing, or baking. It leaves no greasy or burnt aftertaste like so many other oils.

CAN GRAPESEED OIL BE REFRIGERATED?

Yes! Grapeseed oil remains clear when chilled. It does not cloud when refrigerated making it great for salad dressings and marinades.

DOES GRAPESEED OIL EMULSIFY WELL?

Yes, grapeseed oil has excellent emulsification properties for making creamy dressings or mayonnaise that keeps their consistency.

HOW SHOULD I STORE GRAPESEED OIL?

Our grapeseed oil is guaranteed to have a 24-month shelf-life from the manufacture date. Proper storage is essential to keeping grapeseed oil at it’s best. We recommend you store your grapeseed oil at ambient room temperature (68-77 degrees Fahrenheit) in a dry and clean food grade condition. The oil does not need to be refrigerated. Store in an area away from direct sunlight.
